Every Crime is an Error but every error is not a crime said Abhishek Singhvi, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India.  Technology and Communications are the cruci of any form of communication or dialog which happens between 2 people, in this global village people can talk to anyone no matter where that person is. 

Some people might be thinking that "What is Spectrum ?" so Spectrum relates to the radio frequencies allocated to the mobile industry and other sectors of communication over the airwaves. 

Understood the meaning? now let's Have a Look at the Generations of networks using which we communicate these days. 

1G- Developed in 1979 

2G- Developed in 1990-91

3G- Developed Few Years After 2g Came

4G- Developed In 2008

Next Big Thing is 5G? Now let's See what happens there and how it changes the scenario?

We Now have a Little Insight Into what is the Generation story and also what do you mean by A Spectrum Now let us See what Actually Happened and why is this 2G Spectrum Scam Case is So Worrying and created a hype, not only then but even now after the judgment.

2007- UPA Government sold all India 2G Licenses at 2001 price which was 1658Cr.
2007-08- Private Firms Bought Licenses Bought Licences cheap and resold at Huge Prices  for Profits

2010: CAG Reports Gave a Figure of Nation Loss of 176 Lakh Crore

2012- Supreme Court Cancelled all the 122 2G Licenses which were issued after CBI Report which told that nation Had a Loss of 22000Cr.  2017- Trial Court Acquitted All in the 2G Scam Case

Now, on 21st Dec 2017, Former telecom minister A Raja, DMK MP Kanimozhi and all other accused were on Thursday acquitted in the politically-sensitive 2g spectrum allocation scam cases by a special court which held that the prosecution "miserably failed" to prove the charges. 

Immediately After the Special Court Judgement, Many people started to question the Judgement and even the role of CBI in the case, while the CBI said that it will appeal further as the decision is wrong.  People are even questioning the Vinod Rai Report (CAG then)  which quoted the Big Figure of Nation Wide Loss.  

Kapil Sibal, Former telecom Miniter on tins Said "I have been saying from day one that there was no loss and I have been vindicated today. In fact, it is Vinod Rai who must apologize to the nation"  The 4 People who were Acquitted Included 

1. Kanimozhi Karunanidhi, DMK leader and party chief M Karunanidhi's daughter

2. Former telecom minister A Raja

3. Former telecom secretary Siddharth Behura

4. A Raja's former private secretary RK Chandolia

5. Reliance ADAG Group Managing Director Gautam Doshi

After the Entire Court Judgement, Arun Jaitley, Finance Minister  Says that "Congress is Treating the Judgement as the Badge of Honour, they should not as the Supreme court in 2012 already told the 2G Policy as Corrupt and arbitrary" he even said" the 2G case verdict wasn't proof of the Congress-led UPA government's innocence"  While Prime Minister then, Manmohan Singh said that the propaganda was without any foundation. 

It's Not possible that if anything such gets so much talk the social media is not active. On the Judgement Day & even now there were several Trending Hashtags on Facebook and Twitter which were trending.

Social Media is the king of making content viral, people don't forgive anyone be it victim or even accused. Now let us See what really happens further in this case, till now this judgment has made everyone talk about this and even this has made CBI stand in Court and even is surrounded by people's questions.

Till this date and I hope in future also these hashtags were used for healthy discussions on the topic or even some baseless ones.

As I further Researched, I found that the

1. CBI Quoted the Nation Loss Figure to be 22000Crs
2. Some Media Reports Came which stated 30000Crs
3. Then the CAG came with the figure of 176 Lakh Crore

Now the Question is Which is Right ?? and Do You Think that Vinod Rai should Apologise or Its a Correct decision? and also one more thing, during all these Media is also being blamed for Factless Reporting though it is the media which supported all the facts and then reported. We all hope that the truth Might Very Soon land in the congress's lap.
