Whatsapp University & Paid News: Ethics & Corruption in Indian Media (With Proofs)- DETAILED

Journalism refers to the production and distribution of reports on recent events. News can also be abbreviated as Noth, East, West, South. The Whole World is a source of news and Journalists have to sniff out newsworthy matters but again these days this line is getting blurred as the identifications of Paid Vs Real is somewhere lost. N.E.W.S, as you all know, is:

N- North
E- East
W- West
S- South

FROM ALL SOURCES

Generally, Media as a fourth pillar of democracy has its responsibility of telling the truth and reporting the facts to the nation but unfortunately these days Media has just limited itself to the new propaganda and made it a new revenue line altogether.  This revenue line even gets more revenue around the elections and are enough to make the mainstream filthy rich.  These days we all must be receiving a Video on the University of Whatsapp regarding Media Ownership. The only point of me referring to this video and also mentioning the counter is to show how blurry the lines of ethics have been constructed.  Now According to the.....Read the entire blog here

What are Reporter Ethics and Its Impact On Unreported Stories ? Blood On My Hands by Kishalay Bhattacharjee

Reporter Ethics and Its Impact On Unreported Stories

Gurgaon: “The Coverage of Kashmir by the Indian media leaves much to be derived,” Kishalay Bhattacharjee, an author, and a journalist told on Thursday while a lecture at GD Goenka University.

He as a person doesn’t believe in awards because according to him “In the period in which we receive an award that period may have an important story to cover, so the time I will waste in receiving the award would help me to cover an important story which is more important than an award”
Mr. Bhattacharjee’s foundation “Reach out” work for the people who are being discriminated on the basis of caste, sex or creed and the foundation also helps people with stereotypical views.

According to Mr. Bhattacharjee “Journalism is the first draft of history to a reporter should report from all sides of a story and should not take sides or report something unethical”.

Further, in his speech, he told that many stories are not being reported on a daily basis.
He further emphasized on avoiding the practice of CCP (Cut, Copy, Paste), he said that we all are independent pillars of democracy so we shouldn’t use the CCP and should report everything and not hide anything.

As per Mr. Bhattacharjee 1980-2001 was the darkest period in the history of Assam in which there was a Genocide of about thousands of people. He quoted this in order to give the example of bad conflict reporting. He also said that “we are not trained in the field of conflict reporting.”

He shared one more unreported incident of 19th November 1962  when the Indian Forces were sending the 1000s of innocent people to the torturing camps established in Rajasthan for many years without any reason.

Mr. Kishalay criticized today's media by saying that only the news of violence is coming from Kashmir whereas there are many stories that should be known to the people but these stories are being hidden.

Kishalay Bhattacharjee recently wrote a book called Blood On My Hands-Confessions Of Staged Encounters -He says this book analyses the hidden policy of extrajudicial killings and how it threatens India’s democracy. (You Can Buy Here)

During his talk about the book he told about the Judicial killings and the role
of mafia.“These killings are controlled by a defined parliament act” he says.

He being an author and  a journalist, the best thing that he likes the most is Television and Writing.According to him he didn’t like to be a reporter because he defines a reporter’s life to be boring and harsh.

Ego is Leaving People Behind & Ignored

Ego has made many people homeless and has also forced them to death...I know its weird to hear this but its true...Getting too much ego never make someone positive but it will rather make a negative one.

A Ruthless and an egoist person end up genuflecting in the lap of nature for giving him life again and also increases his chances of becoming a Sycophant and an ostensible person.

let me share something with you ...One day I had gone to give an internship interview, there I saw a person fighting with the recruiter  just because he wants a salary of 70000 per month and he was offering him 20000 less, the result of this was that his ego made him lose a paid internship offer of 50000 per month in an MNC. His ego made him such an avaricious human that he lost his offer.

As I further researched, I got to know that this MNC offer was his last one and no other company gave him the job, his ego had made him such a rude and an arrogant person that he end up losing his life and was found dead. I know that this might be only one example but there are thousands of such examples to whom their ego was the end of their life. We should remember one thing if we will ignore someone just because of our ego then the world will also do the same.

EGO also makes relationships in danger and sometimes brings them to an end.

One can never be successful if he or she is an egoist.

Being egoist is good but only to some extent and not at the cost of life, future and relationships.

Ignorance along with ego can lead to death.

A Positive attitude leads to success... Read this book "Attitude is Everything" by Jeff & start observing a change in your life.
