Talk With Natasha Jog (NDTV) On Pollution

(the video is at the end don't forget to watch)
.
The problem of Pollution in Delhi is a very serious problem, it's not just affecting us but it is also affecting our posterity.

Personalities are also talking about pollution so must watch what Natasha Jog says on Pollution.
I personally feel that if we are not fit then our improvements don't really matter and we can't do anything productive for our economy as well.

In the past few days, pollution has created a menace amongst people and the society, Almost every Person in the few days can be seen wearing a mask to protect themselves from the harmful polluted particles, we can't say that pollution has decreased these days but yes people wearing masks for protection have decreased.

This all started before the Diwali and after Diwali, the situations were worsened.
A few days back Delhi Government banned the Construction work for few days and also closed all schools but as the situations were in control the ban was removed.

Imposing Bans won't work the only thing which will work and change the scenario is people's individual active participation.

Every Problem has a solution but taking that problem into a political controversy won't ever help
but I think someday and somehow people in power will understand that giving a political "masala" into a problem won't help it to solve but indeed increases the problem.

The Roller Coaster Ride Of The Social Trigger On YouTube By Shivam Bajaj

The Journey to The Social Trigger by Shivam Bajaj
Subscribe Here

The world is evolving at a very fast rate so is the problems faced by the people.

All this started with a basic advice of my Mom to start something new and different, rummaging through the pages of my Media Management book, one night before the exam, came an idea in my mind of doing some sought of social work. Now I had the genre of my work but the platform was still to be chosen. The Next day right after the exam while talking to a friend I came across this network Called “YouTube”, I can rightly say that this was the right time for me to start this channel. Being a “YouTuber” from that day gave me an immense pleasure and this was enough for me to do a research and hard work.
Now I had the genre of my work and the idea but the name was still to be chosen. Then suddenly while reading a book I came across a word “Trigger”, somehow it got stuck in my mind, while doing some research I got to know about various meanings and dimensions of the word where it could be used, and then the name was decided “The Social Trigger” now if u look the meaning, it is “Trigger away the social problems of life”.
I Still remember it was 24th May 2016, the day when I uploaded my very first video as a channel trailer and by god’s grace till today I don’t find any reason to stop the channel and move ahead in my life.
And Being a YouTuber the best complement that I have ever got is that when some people follow what exactly I say in my videos and not only watch or like them but also leave some inspirational and motivational comments.
Unlike every experience of life, you have something good to share and something bad as well similarly I also has some bad experiences which not only helped me in giving a second thought of closing my YouTube channel but also demotivated me a lot. But taking all sought of criticism, I continue doing my work on YouTube.

I believe that “Don’t Get pulled by the People who often pull you down - Just keep doing whatever you are, take Constructive criticism and learn from your mistakes but don’t welcome any other criticism regarding you and your work at all” and one more thing whenever you will do better than others, then definitely there will people who will not let you go ahead of them.

Managing a YouTube channel is not easy at times but one single DE-motivational element can ruin your ability to manage as well so kindly don’t even think about such people and continue to do what you are doing.

For me, doing something new always gives me an immense pleasure and I was surprised to know that in spite of the world talking about problems of life, there is not even a single YouTube channel about the same. The best thing I learned while making content is that I got to experiment with different formats in each and every new video. The Best complement for a “YouTuber” is that they get recognized for their work not only in the form of YouTube awards but also when people start knowing you and your work.

It's only because of my followers, my channel is still active and I love what I do. So I once again thanks all my followers, supporters and subscribers who love my work and I’m sure they will be continuing to give their best wishes and watch what I do on the network.
Every problem has a solution and I’m sure that these problems will end someday and someone will come forward to join hands with me to bring a change in the society.

Unlike I say every time, Do Like, share, Comment, and Subscribe,  the only change is this time not on any video but on my story of YouTube the Link to my channel is below and keep doing whatever you are doing

What are Reporter Ethics and Its Impact On Unreported Stories ? Blood On My Hands by Kishalay Bhattacharjee

Reporter Ethics and Its Impact On Unreported Stories

Gurgaon: “The Coverage of Kashmir by the Indian media leaves much to be derived,” Kishalay Bhattacharjee, an author, and a journalist told on Thursday while a lecture at GD Goenka University.

He as a person doesn’t believe in awards because according to him “In the period in which we receive an award that period may have an important story to cover, so the time I will waste in receiving the award would help me to cover an important story which is more important than an award”
Mr. Bhattacharjee’s foundation “Reach out” work for the people who are being discriminated on the basis of caste, sex or creed and the foundation also helps people with stereotypical views.

According to Mr. Bhattacharjee “Journalism is the first draft of history to a reporter should report from all sides of a story and should not take sides or report something unethical”.

Further, in his speech, he told that many stories are not being reported on a daily basis.
He further emphasized on avoiding the practice of CCP (Cut, Copy, Paste), he said that we all are independent pillars of democracy so we shouldn’t use the CCP and should report everything and not hide anything.

As per Mr. Bhattacharjee 1980-2001 was the darkest period in the history of Assam in which there was a Genocide of about thousands of people. He quoted this in order to give the example of bad conflict reporting. He also said that “we are not trained in the field of conflict reporting.”

He shared one more unreported incident of 19th November 1962  when the Indian Forces were sending the 1000s of innocent people to the torturing camps established in Rajasthan for many years without any reason.

Mr. Kishalay criticized today's media by saying that only the news of violence is coming from Kashmir whereas there are many stories that should be known to the people but these stories are being hidden.

Kishalay Bhattacharjee recently wrote a book called Blood On My Hands-Confessions Of Staged Encounters -He says this book analyses the hidden policy of extrajudicial killings and how it threatens India’s democracy. (You Can Buy Here)

During his talk about the book he told about the Judicial killings and the role
of mafia.“These killings are controlled by a defined parliament act” he says.

He being an author and  a journalist, the best thing that he likes the most is Television and Writing.According to him he didn’t like to be a reporter because he defines a reporter’s life to be boring and harsh.

THIS TEACHER IMPROVED EVERYT TINY THING IN ME & HERE'S HOW IT HAPPENED?

Changing The Definition of Teaching

Passion about Music: Has Changed One’s Life

TEACHERS BE LIKE HIM

“We need the practice to rise up and should keep exploring new things and should never stop learning,” said Mr. Nischal Lama, a guitarist cum vocalist in Kavya Band and a western music teacher at Sachdeva Global School, Dwarka.

“Music is the only thing, which transforms one’s perception and way of living. Said during his talk. Music is the best way to socialize among people. ”He further added to his talk.
According to me if some teacher is taking money from students then he or she should give proper knowledge to them but nowadays it's not happening this way.

He criticizes today’s musical knowledge to be in dark as the misuse of the profession has to lead to untrained students and for which teachers are responsible as they disseminate incorrect knowledge to students and also keep time and money constraint while teaching.

During his talk, he also emphasized that the teachers should teach their students keeping in mind that he is teaching to his relatives and should not keep the time and money constraint.

Awesome Quote
Mr. Nischal angrily told, “The taste of Music nowadays has been changed from acoustics to meaningless EDMs, acoustics make music soulful and also gives relaxation to the listener, but unfortunately, nowadays acoustics is being removed from the mainstream culture”.

“I hope that the acoustics will replace the meaningless EDMs very soon.”
Mr. Nischal doesn’t believe in the theory of a favorite student, according to him every student is favorite it is just the behavior which differentiates a student from others and not his or her performance.

IF TEACHERS LIKE HIM Continue to GROW Then Definitely Our Posterity will be in safer hands

Change :A New Perspective

People With Menial Jobs Having Great Thinking

A security guard is a person who brings a smile on our faces. Amit Kumar Pandey is a person who is from Siwan district, Bihar. He aimed to be a doctor in life but the crisis in the family made him helpless and had diverted him from his goal but he resiliently worked hard to earn a living. He is a security guard of the Shree Radha Apartment located in Dwarka Sector 9.
Excerpts from his interview with Shivam Bajaj:

Shivam Bajaj -What is the best thing you like while you are on duty?

Amit Kumar Pandey -While I am on my duty I like to greet people who visit society and also like to socialize with people.
I like kids and often pass time playing with them. According to me “We should try and enjoy everything we are doing.”

SB-You are educated till which standard and what made you leave the education in between?

AP-I am educated till class 8th and as soon as I passed my 8th grade a natural calamity affected the area in which I live. This made me lose everything I had lost everything including money, education and a roof. After the calamity, I somehow moved to Delhi and struggled to find a job and got my first job with a Yamaha parts dealer.

SB -When you were a child what was your goal to be in life?

AP-As a child I always wanted to become a chemist as my ancestral business was of a chemist and even my parents entered the business. It was the calamity, which made us lose everything we had. As far as I know “Even if someone goes through really bad phases of life he or she should never give up and keep trying at least to earn a living and also live life to the fullest”

SB-Do You feel satisfied with your life? And will you like to study more if you were given a chance or you are happy with what you are at present?

AP-I am happy with my life but I am not satisfied because according to me “When a person says he is satisfied with his life, his mind not only gets limited to fewer options but also can never broaden up his thought process.
Even if a person gets a good job and is successful in earning a good amount of money he/she should keep trying more and more.

Yes, I will study if i would get a chance. I have 8 brothers and sisters in the family and each one of them is earning but less so I want to study more so i can just not earn a good amount of money but also to be a very good human being and one should always be studying as it is very important.

SB-What according to you is the duty of a guard?

AP-What i feel is that my duty being a security guard is to prevent the conflicts in the society, distribute the letters, prevent any wrong person entering the society, helping people in finding their lost objects etc. or helping the people in whichever way possible.
I being a guard enjoy doing my duty and perform it sincerely.

SB-Tell me something that have learned from life?

AP- I have learned that never trust a wrong person in life and never be disrespectful to ladies and always accept what life gives you and be happy. “Never cheat a person
and be happy and honest is my motto of life.”
What i feel is that every experience in life gives us a teaching.

After Conducting an Interview with him i understood his perspective of life & I salute him and i hope more and more people will develop the same positive perspective of life and bring a change in the society.
