Religion, War & Cleanliness - Opinion By Shivam Bajaj #LetsUnite

Kumbh & Cleanliness are the two divine and holy words, one attracts lakhs of devotees while the other makes any occasion special by adding a flavor of cleanliness to it.  We all know during the Kumbh Mela our Honbl Prime Minister had visited the holy shrine, and we all even know how auspicious this Kumbh Mela has been, not only today but right since the ancient times. It's not in 2019, that this festival has been celebrated the way it should be but this time it was something humongous.

While Following the reports, we all know the amount of money spent to improve not only the security but each and every arrangement. 5000 Crore and even approx. the worth of money spent on Kumbh Mela was magnificent.

During the Mela, Honbl. Prime Minister Narendra Modi was seen taking a holy bath in the auspicious holy waters and was also seen washing the feet of few "Safai Karamcharis". As we all know that this step was taken by the government to respect & award people who contributed to "Swachta Drive For Kumbh". The initiative to award these "Safai Karamcharis" was acceptable and was also a great step for making them feel their importance to society. Only our preserved culture is to be credited for "Paying Respect" to not only our domestic help but everyone but its difficult to say that the culture is slowly fading away by aping the west.

But among values, we should also not forget that the elections are not any further. As respectful citizens of our country, we all must have noticed the responsibilities and duties of any political party in power being fulfilled but that's mostly around the election corner and being more of a marketing party of India. "PR Division" of respective parties also rise specifically during this period.  While stating the same, I am not trying to blame any particular party but it at times becomes really difficult for the people of the country to think of development as these parties have made the line of understanding the party and comparing with others too narrower.

Inaugurations, celebrations & being photographed is no where an offense, instead these are some of the great instruments to exercise but around elections, they should be used effectively for the purpose of betterment of the society and not self-publicity or propagandizing certain aspects. Its often seen in the history of India, that most of these exercises are practiced only when elections are around.

As I said, there is nothing wrong in giving respect to the "Safai Karamcharis" but it should not be purposeful of media coverage. We also must not forget the inauguration of Vande Bharat Express between Delhi & Varanasi, days after the run, which got stuck and broke down on tracks, I am not telling that this is is a mistake but the timing is problematic. If the train could have been not used for just the matter of being inaugurated then it may take its own time before running into tracks.

Gazipur" to shoot a documentary on Swachh Bharat Abhiyan now most of you would have seen "Gazipur" and would agree that it is one of the biggest mountains of garbage that we ever have.  Citizens of our country should appeal the government to include that mountain under the "Swachh Bharat Abhiyan" program and clean the mess that the area has produced. It should have been done within the period of 5 years but they can even begin the work now and they may get credited in the upcoming elections as well.

As a YouTuber, I once visited one of the biggest garbage mountains "

Along with the citizens, even I would like our government to take action on the site- "Gazipur". I even remember the incident when only a small part of the mountain was caught in a fire and it destroyed a fully constructed metal bridge which was right next to the mountain, now just imagine when only a part could damage impactfully then what will happen in case anything happens to the entire mountain.

Swachh Bharat Abhiyan was a great initiative as we all know but attracted a huge amount on its advertisements in the initial days and even afterward. Instead of just making it a marketing material, if places like "Gazipur" were considered and taken care of in those days then I am sure that the situation has been much more under control these days but as I said its never late to start. According to my research, just a fire in the mountain will have the potential of covering entire Delhi with black smoky clouds, but as I said it's not late if the government starts the work now & try to complete as much as they can.

Parties are meant to work and not politicizing situations, the effects of Phulwama Attacks will never fade away, the pain will remain forever in our hearts but this does not mean that only war can solve the problem.  We must not forget the casualties and loss we had to bear in spite of winning the same. Not only Indo-Pak wars, but we should also think of Syria while talking about the same. Such a beautiful country has turned into ashes. Hopefully, we don't want Syria like situation to be created.  According to a report, more than 5 lakh deaths have been taken place of children below 5 years of age, just because of environmental causes. Now, just imagine this number in the war situation. The so-called patriotism these days, especially on the powerful weapons of mass destruction, has made youth more violent and are forced to light a torch of this "So Called Patriotism" in hearts of the public. hatred never helps, instead, it destroys everything.

The steps of snatching the favored nation status, increasing the import duty are appreciated but infuriating the youth and the public will not only destroy the present but may turn the future into ashes. We should also never forget, the situation of Hiroshima-Nagasaki, the atom bomb not only destroyed the two places but even the upcoming generations were born as handicapped.

War is not the solution to any problem but just a situation for the powerful to celebrate the genocides by monetary exchanges and powers.  The problem of places like "Gazipur" is also to be solved but the government should take care of avoidance of creating a Syria like situation because if that happens, we will have nothing to save but more to lose.

The Government Mess- A Bad Dream By Shivam Bajaj (IT CAN BE A REALITY)

Good Morning, evening & afternoon Internet

A Well groomed guy has a regular college schedule but today is a bit different day, as its The College Fest 2k20, he has a pressure by his peers to speak up and compete in a competition by giving a speech. He Hesitates and says ehh.......

Media is the fourth pillar of democracy and its the fundamental right of the anyone, to tell the truth, and cover the news in its true form.  Sadly in the present scenario, you are "Deshdrohi" if you say so.

Asking Questions to the right people? No buddy just leave it, especially if you are the only child.  Often we have heard from our parents that we should speak the truth and follow it as well no matter what the situation is but this fact and teaching is sadly going the wrong way. Suddenly a New trend has taken the shape of modern times which is called "Godi Media". Godi is Hindi word for a lap. Godi media is a term used for those journalists/media houses that speak positive about a certain political group, primarily the one in govt and propagate their agenda rather impartial presentation of news and facts. That's why they are termed as one sitting in the lap of political party/ govt.

These days this type of propaganda is so powerful that it has even taken the edge over the fake news.  Times have gone where people use to Illegally break norms and promote hate politics and now the biggest difference is that "now people promote hate politics and break norms but not illegally but through legal methods and by fair means.

Promotion of hate politics is not new but the killings in the same aspect are definitely modern and if we talk about the latest trends, then that's Love Jihad & Cow meat controversies.  I just do not understand, was the hate for Hindus and Muslims same when we were united if not then why are these so-called politicians always have just one weapon for contesting elections which is of divide and rule & nothing else.

Now, if these politicians mention the fact in their agenda that "creation of Ram Mandir or even a Mosque will completely aid India from all the illnesses and will also finish all the poverty of the country then definitely there is nothing better than creating these holy shrines.

Along with the idea of Building these new shrines & statues we even have the biggest Job Opportunity of all time, I am sure all the guardians of the government will come to an end and their power is useless in front of him, he is none other than but the man himself "The Pakodawalas & The Chaiwalas".

Now just think the combination of 15 Lakh in your account and your hands occupied but Chai & Pakodas.... enjoying arent you? No No do not laugh that way, petrol & diesel are on their new heights of 500 & 600 respectively and wait a minute there is more to your "so-called" happiness, the GST Increase for each & every item, now just even try to close your eyes and try to smile. Is that smile still on your face? No, right.  You aren't going to smile like you use to earlier but instead have an unhealthy laughter  by seeing on your bank account statement & especially the debit column with almost no credit transactions and the surprise is still there when you turn your passbook and there is a "Made In India" sticker & your condition is terrible, then someone suddenly comes up and says

"Good Morning Ji Wake up "..... Ufff, Yes that all was a bad dream nothing else.

Now comes the real world situation, which is none other than R....."Rafael Deal, JNU Case, Cow meat controversies"  The guy in the dream happens to be true as I go towards a real day competition.  Don't Know about Rafael Deal? No worries just tune into NDTV & know the truth......Ohoo.. the channel gave me a notification as soon as I tune to know about the same which says "We have been fined worth 10,000 Crores by Reliance... Now, this is not a dream but a truth.  Are you thinking that this is false? No, It's True ... Read it Here

Don't Know about the Rafael Deal? No Issues....even I don't know the truth expect the fact that these are fighter Jets ordered by India. You can know about it here

It is not anything shocking that we do not know anything much about this deal as were are covered by a mess. Just imagine a History teacher telling you about the same but suddenly some elements come up to shut his mouth and tell him to keep quiet or even create problems for him.

Now, for us its nothing new, this is a part of the day to day life post-2014.  People are used to the same as this even happen in universities & colleges.  We really hope this dream doesn't come true, though Half of the dream is already true.

We Bow as we have to ..., you also learn ..... :)

Ohh I forgot to tell you that he won the competition in the best fiction speech with the speed of a bullet train...

Do you Know GST- One Nation One Tax- Will it Work ? All Explained !!!

GST was imposed on midnight of 1st July 2017 which is considered as reform and is also called an as #GSTdoosriazaadi by BJP.  India is a country which has all types of people and also of all strata (Rich, Middle Class and even lower middle class and even poor) so the government's view of this GST is "One Tax One Nation ".

We all know that there are some tax slabs which are  0%, 5%, 12%, 18%, 2, % and these slabs are for different items which are classified and are different for every product, Sarcastically if India was full of taxes earlier  then also India comprises of many people who lack knowledge, as we switch across channels or even we personally visit people, we will find many people who don't even know what GST is but still, they are against this regime.

Sarcastically now we don't have as many taxes but we still have such people who are meant just to criticize knowledge for them doesn't matter, what matter to them is criticism.

Many Businesses are worried and are unhappy with this step but the best thing that government has done  is that businesses with turnover of 20 Lakh or less do not have to register on the GST portal or GSTN ( Good & Services Tax Network)  and Businesses with turnover of 75 lakh have to register on GSTN and if they are manufacturing units they have to pay 2% Tax and if they are Trading they have to pay Only 1% Tax and all the rest GST is on the consumer and not the traders or manufacturers, this is for everyone no matter how much a business earns except 20 Lakh or less as mentioned before. and also government will even bring down the GST in some cases if required as the GST for fertilizers was brought down from 12% to 5% so if the government feels they will bring them down.

If we look the pattern & trend, a lot of people who are protesting and are against GST will be in favor of the same GST in a matter of time, this also happened when demonetisation took place.
At the time of note ban, everyone protested and said that it will have a bad impact on the economy and some parties also said that it will have a very bad political impact on the party itself but nothing that sought happened. Recently According to a report in Economic Times, "Indians' money in Swiss banks hits record low of 676 million francs" ( earlier figures were double )
Just think this type of news is coming after demonetization, so doesn't this mean that demonetization had an impact?

If we look GST, its effect will be seen in the long term and will surely effect people of the country and will also affect government, Yes, this means more money to the government but that government will then use it for the development of the country. But that will only happen if the governments in the future keep the GST flow efficient and effective.

As this GST Launched most small businesses are against this GST just with a silly reason of accessibility and connectivity and also cost of Softwares, So here is what the CEO of GSTN Prakash Kumar said on this
"if People don't have any problem in uploading and downloading Whatsapp video which is entirely through the Internet then why do they have problem in using GSTN and paying taxes, people also pay other taxes online then why can't they pay GST Online which is a much simpler process than any other Tax Systems and is also automated. he also said that a 70000 Lines of Excel data is just 5MB which is equivalent to a 1Min Whatsapp Video so if a user can download that video then why can't a user upload that return to the software ?" He even said that the process is so simplified that the user has to file the return only once on the software and rest all the returns will be automatically generated based on the GSTN Number provided to the user or taxpayers.

The taxpayers (Mentioned in Question 1 ) can register on the GSTN ( All the registration and awareness websites of GST are given at the end of the question and answer session)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now as this Network is just launched so here are some questions which will make the concept clearer Kindly read this:

1. Who is an existing taxpayer?

An existing taxpayer is an entity currently registered under any State or Central laws, like Value Added Tax Act, Central Excise Act, and Service Tax Act.
Existing taxpayers include taxpayers already registered under:-
  • Central Excise
  • Service Tax
  • State Sales Tax or VAT (except exclusive liquor dealers if registered under VAT)
  • Entry Tax
  • Luxury Tax
  • Entertainment Tax (except levied by the local bodies)

2. What does the word ‘enrolment’ under the GST Common Portal mean?

Enrolment under GST means validating the data of existing taxpayers and filling up the remaining key fields by the taxpayer in the Enrolment Application at the GST Common Portal.

3. Do I need to enroll for GST?

All existing taxpayers registered under any of the Acts as specified in Question 1 will be transitioned to GST. The enrolment for GST will ensure a smooth transition to the GST regime. The data available with various tax authorities is incomplete and thus fresh enrolment has been planned. Also, this will ensure the latest data of taxpayers is available in the GST database without any recourse to amendment process, which is the norm to update the data under tax statutes today.

4. Why do I need to enroll myself as a taxpayer on the GST Common Portal?

The GST Common Portal has been made available to enable taxpayers to enroll with GST. Paper-based enrollment option is NOT available.
The GST Common Portal will enable taxpayers to meet the GST compliance requirement like filing a return and making a tax payment. Using the Portal requires existing taxpayers to enroll.

5. Who is not liable to register under GST?

The following persons shall not be liable to register, namely:
(a) any person engaged exclusively in the business of supplying goods or services or both that are not liable to tax or wholly exempt from tax under this Act or under the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act;
(b) an agriculturist, to the extent of supply of produce out of cultivation of land.
(2) The Government may, on the recommendations of the Council, by notification, specify the category of persons who may be exempted from obtaining registration under this Act.

6. Are existing taxpayers required to enroll separately with Central and State authorities under GST?

No, any existing taxpayer who wants to seek enrolment under the GST Act needs to apply at the GST Common Portal. Enrollment under the GST is common for both Central GST and the State GST. There will be common registration, common return and common Challan for Central and State GST.

B2B- Only 1 Return
B2C- Have to Upload Invoices

But still, this system is much easier than the earlier implemented VAT System
_____________________________

GST is a very good initiative and also an easy way of seeing the taxation percentages and amount and this also gives the non-tax payers a chance to pay tax as many of the taxpayers did not pay tax earlier because of the complexity of the systems but now they have no choice of not paying the tax and can now easily pay with the help of this GSTN.

This Simplified way on the Backend of GSTN has a very complex structure in which payments will travel on an hourly basis every day.

Technology has simplified our life so much that everything can be completed with the click of a button and can be left everything on machine learning and artificial intelligence.

The main concern for everyone was the pricing for the online accountant so here are the prices and names of Softwares which people can buy and then boost their businesses and all these software are GST ready

Explained in 10 Points
How will GST Work

Below are Provided rates for all GST Accounting Softwares

1.Zoho Books- 2599/Year + GST
 2.Tally ERP.9 -18000 eXcl- GST

 3.Busy Accounting- 13500

4.ClearTax GST- Free Trial Till September (Check here)

5. Marg -Check Price here

So now prices are no more a reason for not accepting GST as earlier said the registrations on the portal or GST  won't affect the small scale businesses largely  ( 20 Lakh or less)

Again to Summarise this Limit

  1. 20 Lakh or less-( No Registration No Taxes )
  2. 75 Lakh or less -Manufacturing 2%   Trading 1%

Think You Know Demonetisation ? Well Lets Find this Out

Black Money, the biggest problem of our nation which is also responsible for Defaming India as a country. but On 8th November 2016, Our Monetary reforms have taken a major change which has shaken not only the entire nation but also each and every economy of the world as far as trade is concerned, and this decision was demonetization of old Currency notes of Rs 500 & Rs1000.

This decision was taken By Our Honbl. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji to curb the practices of black money nationwide and you will be shocked to know that there are approx. 5.5 Lakh Crore of Deposits being made in the banks and it's not even a week since the decision was made. and SBI Alone has collected deposits worth 55000 Crore in last 2 days.

I mean Just think the amount of money collected by our banking sector in few days...if this is the situation in such few days imagine what will happen in 50 days i.e the deadline was given by Our PM to arrest all the old currency.

Modi said in a statement that the
"demonetization process has been on for the last 10 months and his government has been working on curbing black money. The PM said that since his government came to power, it has unearthed at least 1.25 lakh crore of black money and the process will not stop even after December 30 — the last date to deposit the demonetized notes in banks to get the money back in legitimate currency notes."

I think this reform is the best way out till now to get all the fake currencies and black money out.

Few days after the decision was made by the RBI, that they have issue New currency note of Rs 2000 and new currency of 500 will be announced soon.

Now, the people not only had to be in Long Queues just to deposit money but now they also need to exchange them for the New Currency of Rs2000 , As the system widens up and new policies start coming in many banks and ATMs started running out of cash but as RBI was the facilitator soon this problem was also solved step by step , many banks are still facing problems of cash running out but it can be solved.

Many people standing in long queues faced many difficulties but as soon as the new currency of Rs 2000 came in their hands it gave them immense pleasure and happiness and they forget all the worries they had while queueing up for the same.

RBI Clearly said that "We will not run out of new currency notes and we have sufficient currency to get exchanged" soon after this decision of Demonetisation Mr. Modi is till date giving speeches in different states explaining people about the same.

Unlike every time, Opposition Has something to go against with ,this time also almost every party and every politician apart from BJP is against with this step but this time also Mr. Modi does not care about what others say because he knows that it will only be problematic with the people who only have black money in larger amounts.

The government now knows that it will be problematic for the people who will be traveling so they issued an exception for them but taking this negatively people bought lakhs of railway tickets from black money and now expecting the governments to change that black currency to white from them without depositing in banks.

So now governments now have to think twice before announcing any Exception.

However, if you don't want to spend your money and would rather exchange them for lower denominations, you can do that easily. Here are ways to do it:

1. You can deposit old notes of Rs 500 or Rs 1000 in bank or post office accounts till December 30, 2016. There won't be any limit imposed on these deposits. However, there will be a limit on withdrawal. Initially, the limit has been set at Rs 24,000 per week.

2. As per the directive, the weekly withdrawal limit from banks has been increased to Rs 24,000 from Rs 20,000, while the daily limit of Rs 10,000 has been scrapped.
3.The ministry also advised banks to increase cash withdrawal limits in ATMs to Rs 2,500 per day in recalibrated ATMs. People were able to withdraw only up to Rs 2,000 so far. As for exchange of demonetised banknotes, the ministry advised increasing the limit from Rs 4,000 to Rs 4,500.
The new currency notes of Rs 500 also finally hit the bank branches.
Sources said the Reserve Bank of India will mint more currency notes of the denomination in the coming days.

If Such situation carries on then The Black Money from India can surely come out.
Today's Scenario is like :
*पैसों के लिये नाता तोड़ने वाले,*
*पैसा छुपाने के लिये रिश्तेदार ढूँढ रहे है।*
 😬😎

If This is the situation in the first few days of reform change then imagine what will happen in next 50 days. Just Imagine how much cash will be disclosed in 50 days.
and if  We cooperate with the government in these 50 days then the Black money of India will definitely come out and be ceased.
There is no fixed thing about black money in foreign accounts but after this step, black Money In Indian Accounts will definitely come out.

Navjyoti : A Ray Of Hope to the Dark Villages

Navjyoti, Gives Villagers a Ray of Hope

NAYA GAON: Navjyoti India Foundation is a not for a profit organization set up in 1988 by Kiran Bedi which has worked hard to help the poor the weak and the undernourished
The foundation introduced Skill Upgradation Program (SUP} under which the foundation motivates the girl child by involving them into activities such as sewing etc.

According to Mr. Somdutt Bhardwaj, the coordinator [NIF] "foundation’s after-school program is appreciated and is successful in registering many girls. We even provide raw materials to them so that they can sew easily”.
Another important initiative is the Child Education Program (CEP)
Under this Child Education Program, the foundation is helping the children to study in schools with all the facilities including proper uniform, books etc. The school even provides proper food to them.
The foundation also started the Community Development Program (CDP) under which the NIF made several self-help groups in the villages and teach them their rights and duties. They also teach them how to become independent.

According to Mrs. Chandni Taneja, Director [NIF], “We have made many self-help groups in villages. Each group has 10 to 15 members. We also have changed the patriarchal thinking of men living in these areas.

All the three programs have helped a lot in the development of the area and lives of people.
